Your items will be shipped via the best method. Most orders will ship USPS, but occasionally larger orders may be shipped via Fedex. Your order will arrive within a week, but typically in 1-4 days, depending on where you live!

You may return items for store credit within 10 days of purchase if they fit within the policy below. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to process and apply the credit.

You must include a paper document stating the order number that each item was purchased on, the reason for return, and whether you would like to exchange for something specific or receive a store credit.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you have received a defective item, please email hello@threebirdiesboutique.com with pictures, descriptions and the order number within 5 days of receiving the item. We will take care of defects at no cost to you.
