We aim to ship your items within two business days, but often will ship the next business day! We know you're excited to get your Three Birdies pieces and you deserve to get them quickly!
Shipping and handling is a flat $8, but if you spend more than $150, your order ships free on us!
If you do pay for shipping, any subsequent orders placed within the next 24 hours will get free shipping! Yay!
We ship Monday-Friday. Please note weekends are not business days for us.
Your items will be shipped via the best method. Most orders will ship USPS, but occasionally larger orders may be shipped via Fedex. Your order will arrive within a week, but typically in 1-4 days, depending on where you live!
We hope you love your purchases from Three Birdies, but we get that sometimes things don't work out! No problem!
You may return items for store credit within 10 days of purchase if they fit within the policy below. All refunds will be in the form of store credit that will be applied to your account. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return please allow 3-5 business days to process and apply the credit.

Refunds will not be issued for returns, all returns will be issued as shop credit.
Any item ending in .97 is a final sale item and is non-returnable, along with any other items marked as final sale.
All sales are final on DOORBUSTERS, leggings, undergarments, hats and jewelry. We will enforce this policy for all Final Sale items.
You must include a paper document stating the order number that each item was purchased on, the price paid and the reason for return.
Ship all returns to Three Birdies Boutique, 105 S. Jefferson, Suite B-5, Kearney, MO 64060 (please include signature requirement and insurance if you want to be assured your return arrives properly)
DEFECTIVE ITEM: If you have received a defective item, please email email@example.com with pictures, descriptions and the order number within 3 days of receiving the item. We will take care of defects at no cost to you.
